Application and Account Details

If you use this publication and create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. And you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use taarwilloughby.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Taarwilloughby.com reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company, to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. We may combine the information you give us with information from other companies and use it to improve and personalise our services, content and advertising. This may also be done on a reciprocal basis. And from time to time, we make portions of our customer list available to carefully screened companies so that they can contact you with offers and information by mail, telephone, email or otherwise. If you do not want your name and mailing details made available or wish to alert us to duplicate mailings, please call us on our helpline number or email info@taarwilloughby.com. Taarwilloughby.com is committed to respecting your privacy. An electronic copy of each order is held by taarwilloughby.com but will not be accessible to you. All orders will be concluded in the English language. We may also contact you for market research purposes. You agree that we may use Personal information provided by you, to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks.

We may combine your information with information we collect from other companies and use it to improve and personalise our services, content and advertising. This may also be done on a reciprocal basis. From time to time, we make portions of our mailing list available to carefully screened companies. Delivery

Free delivery in Europe on orders over 100 EUR and the rest of the world on orders over 175 EUR.

Orders made in Spain during weekdays will be delivered in 2-3 days. Orders made during the weekend will be delivered between 3-4 days.

International orders within Europe can take up to 5 working days. International orders outside Europe can take up to 5-10 working days to arrive.

Standard delivery 1-3 working days (6 EUR on orders under 100 EUR) – for Spain.
International shipping (EU) – 1-5 working days (6 EUR on orders under 100 EUR) – Depending on the country.
International shipping (Non-EU countries) – 1-10 working days (20 EUR on orders under 175 EUR).

You can return your order within 29 days after receiving your order. When you send us your return, send a email to info@taarwilloughby.com and please make sure the items are the same as when you received them. NB: Items on sale we don't refund.

Offer Order Codes

Free delivery and other discount codes remain the property of taarwilloughby.com. The directory is non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer.

Returns

Simply return any unused item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the price of the goods (provided it is in a new, unused condition). This approval period does not apply to certain jewellery, cosmetics, grooming, photographic or Gift Vouchers. Please send an email to info@taarwilloughby.com to let us know if you return your goods. Once received in good condition, the refund will take place in 10 working days. Items bought in sale we don't refund. You can return your items by sending them to:

Complaints

If you do have a complaint, please write an email to info@taarwilloughby.com. taarwilloughby.com welcomes and learns from complaints. We aim to deal with complaints speedily and sympathetically. All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to. Financial Complaints – Where complaints related to the consumer credit offer are not resolved to the customers satisfaction, the customer may have the right to refer their complaint, in writing, to the Financial Ombudsman Service, for an independent investigation. Details will be provided as appropriate.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve a complaint with you directly, you have the right to refer the dispute to the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution Platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr. If you decide to use this service, please use the following email address when completing the form info@taarwilloughby.com.

Prices

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of added tax. If for this or any other reason an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within 29 days and is in new, unused condition. Certain products cannot be returned. See section above for details. All prices shown are cash prices in euros (€). We reserve the right to accept or reject orders, to refuse applications or with prior written notice to close an account. Prices of goods displayed and ordered through the Directory may differ from prices in-store. We will request payment for the full amount on confirmation of your order.

Code Of Practice

We subscribe to the Code of Practice established by the Mail Order Traders' Association. We undertake to deal with any complaint speedily and sympathetically. If a complaint cannot be resolved to your complete satisfaction, you can refer the problem for a conclusion to info@taarwilloughby.com.

Availability

All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute items of equal quality and value. You will be notified of such substitutes when you place your order.

Colour Reproduction

Taarwilloughby.com designers take great care with the colours used in the collections. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.

Copyright

Credit Card Payments

We are unable to accept credit cards that are due to expire within the next FIVE Days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party, and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained.

Voucher PINs With Money Or A Percentage Off At Taarwilloughby.com

The offer is valid for orders over the minimum value stated in your communication.
The offer is valid until the expiry date shown on your communication.
The offer can only be activated once the voucher PIN has been registered at Taarwilloughby.com. A voucher PIN can only be registered once.
The offer can only be used for purchases made online at taarwilloughby.com. It is not valid for telephone transactions. Redemption of the offer involves registering at taarwilloughby.com.
The offer is only valid on introductory orders with taarwilloughby.com for new customers only. One voucher PIN per customer only.
If the order is returned, the value of the offer is non refundable.
The voucher PIN cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given.
Taarwilloughby.com cannot accept responsibility for the loss of your voucher PIN. It will not be replaced or its value refunded if this happens.
Offer is open to residents of selected countries that are over 18 years old only.
Taarwilloughby.com reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or discontinue the offer at any time.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish Law. The parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the Spanish Courts. All contracts will be concluded in the English language.
