Bikini Return Policy
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for bikini bottoms or sets if the hygiene strip has been removed. All returned swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and hygiene strips intact.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
Europe
Simply return any unused item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the price of the goods (provided it is in a new, unused condition). This approval period does not apply to certain jewellery or Gift Vouchers. Please send an email to info@taarwilloughby.com to let us know if you return your goods. Once received in good condition, the refund will take place in 10 working days. Items bought in sale we don't refund, but you can exchange them. You can return your items by sending them to:

Rest of the world
When ordering from outside Europe, please be aware that import taxes are the responsibility of the client. These taxes are not included in the purchase price and must be paid upon delivery. Additionally, if you decide to return the product, any import taxes we paid will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
