During the winter, the island still has a lot to offer. So, I made a one-day plan for you! You will be enjoying and exploring Ibiza to the fullest from morning till night.
Morning: 09:00-12:00.
Early mornings are perfect for beach walks or long hikes in the hills of Ibiza. The island has the most beautiful nature which is nice to enjoy during the morning, because it is really quiet at that time. You can go on many adventures and explore. For example, go to Atlantis and Es Vedrà! Some organizations organize these walks in groups, such as Ibiza Hike Station or Ibiza Outdoors.
If you are looking for a less sporty morning activity, on Saturdays you can go to the biggest flea market in Ibiza: Mercadillo de Sant Jordi. All the locals come here to stroll around. There is live music, and you can enjoy a coffee or soda with your face in the sun. My advice; go early, so you can buy the best stuff!
Afternoon: 12:00-18:00.
I love me some big lunches. Especially when it’s on the beach! As many of you know, lots of shops and restaurants are closed in Ibiza during the winter. Luckily, two of my favorite beach restaurants are open all year long! The first one is La Escollera. You can find this fantastic spot in Es Cavalet.
The food is impressive, and the staff is charming. Also a perfect place to watch the sunset! When you’re lucky enough, you can spot dolphins! How cute is that?! My second fave beach restaurant is Yemanja in Cala Jondal. You will have a fantastic view over the beach, with your feet in the sand.
Evening: 18:00-00:00.
Still hungry? I got you! In the city center of Ibiza, you will find this hidden gem named Born Ibiza. Eat some typical Spanish 'Pintxos' and drink their special 'Vermout' drink. Don't forget to try the homemade crisps with mussels and green peppers. Those are the best! After some Vermouts, you can enjoy the streets of Ibiza-Town.
Night: 00:00-06:00.
If you come to Ibiza in the winter and want to go clubbing during the weekend, you can still dance the night away! Teatro Ibiza is one of the hotspots in Ibiza-Town. On Thursdays, you can watch a stand-up comedian (for all my Spanish people) and on Fridays and Saturdays, you can enjoy live jazz or rock music. Grab a drink and show your moves on the dancefloor! Around 1 AM, move your ass to Lío! In this luxurious place, you will be impressed by everyone’s extraordinary outfits. Treat yourself with a fancy cocktail and dance the night away!
“This is your sunny Saturday schedule!"
